Tanu Weds Manu is a loving comedy movie which revolves around 2 main characters Manu and Tanu. The movie is based on arrange marriage that how two different minded man and woman gets married. This is a comedy movie, set on the backdrop of a small town. The castincludes Kangana Ranaut, R Madhavan, Ravi Kissen, Jimmy Shergill and Deepak Dobriyalplaying are the main characters. Manu (Madhavan) is a gentleman from Delhi who has been a working as a doctor in London for the past twelve years. He comes down to India to get marry because it is the right time, according to his family. Tanu (Kangana Ranaut) is a girl from Kanpur who is completed her studies at Delhi University and does not want an arranged marriage because she is in love with a guy named Raja (Jimmy Shergill) and desires to marry him. They are very different from each other, but eventually get married. Overall, ‘Tanu Weds Manu’ can only be watched for the excellent performances of all the actors, a special mention of Deepak Dobriyal (Pappi Ji) is certainly well deserved.
